Who we are
Our website address is: https://graftivo.com.
Orders & Payments
When you place an order through our Shop, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, and the details of the products you order. Payment is processed through our payment gateway provider — we do not store your full card details on our servers. Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and customer service purposes.
Contact Form
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, and project details) in order to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are processed through our form plugin and are not used for any purpose beyond replying to you.
AI Chat Assistant
Messages you send through our website’s chat assistant are forwarded by our server to a third-party workflow automation service in order to generate a response. We do not knowingly collect payment information through the chat. Messages are rate-limited and not shared beyond what is needed to provide the chat response.
Media
If you upload images or artwork to the website (for example, design files for a print order), you should avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
Our online store uses cookies to keep track of your cart contents and session while you shop, and to keep you logged in if you create an account. These cookies contain no sensitive personal data.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
We share your order information with our payment gateway provider (to process payment) and, where applicable, our shipping carrier (to deliver your order). Chat messages are shared with our workflow automation provider solely to generate a response. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
Order records and the information they contain are retained for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Contact form submissions and chat conversations are kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, have placed an order, or have contacted us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, tax, or security purposes (such as completed order records).
Where your data is sent
Order and payment data is sent to our payment gateway provider for processing. Chat messages are sent to our workflow automation provider to generate a response. Contact form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
