1. All Sales Are Final


At Graftivo Design and Printing (DBA), all products and designs are custom-made and printed specifically for you.

Because of the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.




2. Errors or Defects


If a product is received with a printing error or defect caused by Graftivo, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving the order.

  • Include clear photos of the defect or error and a detailed description.

  • Refunds will not be issued for minor variations in color, size, or materials that are normal in printing processes.

Graftivo reserves the right to:

  • Offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

  • Provide a partial refund if the product is partially defective.

  • Deny refunds if the error was caused by incorrect client-provided materials or instructions.




3. No Refunds for Custom or Printed Products Otherwise


Orders that do not contain printing errors are non-refundable, including:

  • Digital proofs

  • Custom design files

  • Approved and completed prints

Please review all proofs carefully before approving your order.




4. Order Cancellations


Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

Once printing or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
