Refund & Return Policy

At Graftivo, all products and services are custom-made to meet each client’s specific needs. Because of this, our refund and return policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our work.

1. Custom Design Services (Branding & Logo Design)

Due to the creative nature of design work:

– All payments for branding and logo design are non-refundable once the project has started.
– If a project is canceled before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued.
– Revisions are included based on the agreed package to ensure satisfaction.

 2. Custom Products (Stickers, Labels, Apparel, Print Materials)

All physical products are made-to-order.

– We do not accept returns for custom items unless there is a defect or error.
– If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there is an issue with your order:

– Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
– Email us at: support@graftivo.com

We will review and may offer:

– A replacement
– A partial or full refund (case-by-case)

4. Order Approval Responsibility

Before production, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs.

– Graftivo is not responsible for errors (typos, colors, layout) once approved.
– Approved designs are considered final.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated turnaround times are provided but may vary depending on project complexity or production conditions.

– Delays do not qualify for refunds unless previously agreed.
